Hassle-Free Returns
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. We do not accept returns unless you contact us for approval. After we receive the return unopened, we will give you a full refund minus return shipping.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 365 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been opened or is not in it's original packaging. You have 1 year to return any of our products.
